Terms of Service

These terms describe how CH Remodeling and Construction quotes, schedules and performs remodeling and construction work. Hiring Carlos for a job means agreeing to the basics below.

Quotes

A quote from Carlos is no-obligation and is not a contract until you and Carlos agree to move forward. If a job turns out bigger or different once he sees it in person, he tells you before doing any extra work, and no extra work happens without your OK.

In-person visits

For bigger jobs — an addition, a backyard studio or a full interior remodel — Carlos comes to see the space before giving a final quote. Smaller jobs can often be quoted from WhatsApp photos alone.

Weather and scheduling

Patio covers, pergolas, outdoor kitchens and other outdoor work happen outside, so rain and other weather can move a start date or push a job back a few days. If a date needs to change, you hear it from Carlos first.

Payment

The price agreed at the quote is the price, unless the scope changes and you and Carlos agree on the change together. Payment is discussed before the work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.
